No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Absolutely! We clean and sanitize every item thoroughly before and after each use.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

We require a $50 credit card deposit. Deposits are fully refundable.
Most of our jumps (like character jumps) are 15'x15', which is larger than many competitors offer. Be sure to measure your space to ensure it fits, including room for stakes and the blower. Avoid placing near walls or trees to prevent damage. If you have stairs or uneven ground, please contact us to discuss setup options.
Check the specific requirements listed with each jump. Be sure to have at least 4 feet of clear access to the setup area. Our jumps can weigh up to 650 lbs, so a wide, obstacle-free path is necessary.
We can set up on grass (our favorite), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on rocks, as they will wear through the vinyl over time.
Yes! A link is included in your receipt after placing an order. You can also contact our office for a copy.
Yes and no. You're not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, if damage occurs due to negligence (like turning off the blower during high winds), you may be responsible for full replacement costs. We recommend reporting any issues right away.
Want peace of mind? You can purchase a damage waiver (5% of your total) that covers any accidental damage during your rentalβexcluding theft or intentional misuse.
